Routine
Step 1: Lava Foam Facial Cleanser
Wet the face. Apply a small amount of foam cleanser to clean hands and work into a thick lather. Apply to the face in upward, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Multi Vitamin E, A & C Facial Peeling Gel
Hands must be completely clean and dry prior to application. Apply to clean, dry skin and gently massage onto the face in a circular motion for gently exfoliation twice a week. Rinse clean with water.
Step 3: Age Defying Lifting Day Cream Treatment (Day-Daily)
Clean the skin thoroughly and dry entire face. Stir the product before applying. Spread a thin layer of cream evenly on the face. Avoid eyes and lips. Stay motionless for up to 20 minutes while the cream dries and tightens. Do not wash off. You can apply powder makeup on top of the cream but avoid using liquids or other creams on top of the product.
Step 3: Age Defying Lifting Night Serum Treatment (Night-Daily)
Apply serum at the end of the day. Cleanse skin before use. Gently massage around eyes, mouth, and forehead until absorbed.

Application:
On a freshly cleansed face, place mask comfortably on the face aligning with eye, nose, and mouth openings. Leave mask on for a minimum of 15–20 minutes. For maximum results, you may wear the mask for up to twelve hours while resting or sleeping. After removal of the mask, it is not necessary to rinse face or remaining mask solution. The solution acts as a serum. Discard mask after use. Each mask is to be used for one application only. Recommended use is 1–3 times per week.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
All returns, refunds, & exchanges must be approved by the customer service department. Please do not ship products to our warehouse without prior communication, you will need to pay the costs of return shipping.
Exchanges: If a product you received is defective, you must contact us within 14 days to receive a new device. We will not exchange the product if the damage is from personal use. All exchanges are subject to a $8.99 + tax restocking fee. Domestic (USA) Exchanges will be provided with a FREE prepaid shipping label to ship back to us. International exchanges must pay for shipping both ways (tracking is mandatory). We may (at will) require proof of purchase along with images/videos of the issue you are experiencing before approval.
Returns: Because of COVID-19 and overall health and safety, we will not be accepting any returns that have been opened or used. Products must be in their original condition in order to be accepted & processed.

When we have the final outcome on the claim we will forward any relevant information and get you a new shipment. Not all cases end in a new shipment or product. If you claim the package was stolen from your property then we will require an official police report before moving forward with a claim.
