Ordering

Viewing Orders
To view orders, use your Shopify account to review your past purchases.

Use your Shopify account to make updates or email our Customer Service directly for assistance. (10am – 6pm EST Monday – Friday)

Can I get a Refund?
In most cases, you can not as all sales are final. However, If you have ordered a product online and wish to have it refunded you can by logging in and making a request or contacting us in the office and we shall take care of this for you provided your item has not shipped or left our facilities.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All Sales are Final. You may request a cancellation from your Secret Collagen Account prior to product ships. (Once the order is shipped, the sale is final) You may also email our Corp. Office for any questions or concerns (10am – 6pm EST Monday – Friday)

Returns or Exchanging the product
We accept returns for exchange only, for items damaged in transit, which will be handled by a claim against the shipping company used to send your item. To be eligible for an Exchange, you must first email us at customercare@secretcollagen.com
